If you have chosen to opt out of auto-renewal

If you have chosen to opt-out of auto-renewal you can still renew online quickly and easily:

1. Login to My Account
2. Click 'Renew policy' on the relevant policy
3. Take some time to read your documents, and check that nothing has changed
   1. If you pay monthly;
      • Tick the box in the 'What happens next?' section and click 'Confirm' to complete your renewal
   2. If you pay annually;
      • Tick the box in the 'What happens next?' section and click "Renew Policy Now" to proceed
      • Select the card you wish to pay with, or click 'Enter New Card Details' to add a new card
      • You should now see a 'Thank You' confirmation message
      • You must renew before your renewal date, or your policy will end and you will be left without cover.
