How do I renew my policy?

The quickest and easiest way to renew is online using My Account.

You can renew online by doing the following:

1. Login to My Account
2. Select 'Renew policy' on the relevant policy
3. Take some time to read your documents, and check that nothing has changed
4. Tick the box in the ‘What happens next?’ section
5. Select ‘Confirm’ to complete your renewal if you are paying monthly, or ‘Renew Policy Now’ if you are paying annually to go to the payment screen.
6. Select the card you wish to pay with, or select 'Enter New Card Details' to add a new card.

Once payment has made, you should then see a ‘Thank You’ confirmation message.  You must renew before your renewal date, or your policy will end and you will be left without cover.
